10% Key Worker Discount on Matrimonial Matters

Pearson Hinchliffe is pleased to support key workers by offering a 10% discount on family and matrimonial matters such as divorce, separation and child contact.

We can offer legal funding (also known as Legal Aid) through our Legal Services Commission franchise. However, due to the eligibility criteria set by the Legal Services Commission, which is based on a person’s income and assets, most key workers do not qualify for Legal Aid. The only alternative method of funding a legal matter is through private funding.  This is why we believe our key worker discount is a useful added benefit to our clients.

We believe we are the only firm of solicitors in England to offer a discount aimed at key workers.
If you are a key worker in one of the groups listed below you could qualify for a 10% discount off our profit costs. Please ask about our key worker discounts when you call or visit.

Key workers who may qualify are:
• nurses and other NHS staff
• teachers in schools and in further education and sixth form colleges
• police officers and some civilian staff in the police force
• prison service and probation service staff
• serving members of the armed forces
• public workers including social services and local authority staff
• social workers, educational psychologists, occupational therapists, speech and
language therapists employed by local authorities
• junior fire officers and fire fighters (all grades) in fire and rescue services
