Civil Litigation

If you have a dispute over a contract with another party, whether they are an individual person or persons, a company, local authority or government body, or you feel a civil wrong has been done to you by an individual or professional, then you may seek to resolve the dispute through Civil Litigation.

Issues can range from small consumer problems like the purchase of faulty electrical goods, to multi-million pound cases involving contentious probate.

At the core of our Civil Litigation team are specialist litigation solicitors with expertise in a range of civil disputes. They can advise you on the likely success of a claim, the possible costs and the potential value of any compensation. They can also negotiate on your behalf or act for you in the County or High Courts. No win - no fee arrangements may also be available.

The team has expertise in most areas of civil litigation including; disputes over wills, disputes over the ownership of property and boundaries, claims for non payment of insurance, landlord and tenant disputes, claims against surgeons, solicitors, accountants, builders and banks, human rights and civil liberties and defamation.
